Team Locker Custom Apparel Messaging Program

Program Description

Team Locker provides custom team apparel including swim trunks, hoodies, shorts, and accessories for youth and adult sports teams. When you submit a mockup request or place an order through teamlocker.shop, you may opt in to receive text messages and/or emails from Team Locker regarding your design proofs, order updates, and customer service communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month related to your mockup requests, order status, and design approvals. Messages are transactional in nature and directly related to your inquiry or order.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any charges that may apply.

Opt-In

By submitting a mockup request form on teamlocker.shop and selecting "Text" as your preferred contact method, you consent to receive text messages from Team Locker at the phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.

Our messaging program is supported on all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.

Orders and Products

All custom products are made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
All sales of custom-made products are final. We do not accept returns on custom items.
Prices are listed on individual product pages and are subject to change without notice.
Free shipping is included on all orders unless otherwise noted.

Design and Mockups

Mockup designs are provided free of charge and do not obligate you to purchase.
Final product designs may vary slightly from mockup previews.
Team Locker reserves the right to refuse any design that contains inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material.

Intellectual Property

By submitting a team logo or design, you represent that you have the right to use that logo for custom merchandise. Team Locker is not responsible for any trademark or copyright infringement resulting from logos or designs submitted by customers.

Limitation of Liability

Team Locker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.
